At Coral Beauty Solutions we go beyond normal call of duty to ensure each item purchased guarantees total customer satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the item purchased, you may return it provided it is in the original condition that it was received from us. This means it should still be in the original packaging unused.
For online order, you may return purchases using standard ground delivery within 15 days of the original shipped date and you will be refunded for the merchandise value plus sales tax paid if any. Shipping and handling charges will only be refunded if the product shipped was shipped incorrectly, defective, damaged and it is the only item shipped
Please allow 15 Calendar days for us to process your return and 2 billing cycles for the credit to reflect on the same card to which they were charged.
